Cody joins real estate with a unique background built on communication, trust, and a decade of experience connecting with people across Wisconsin and beyond. After 10 years in television news as a sports anchor and reporter, Cody understands the importance of listening, asking the right questions, and guiding people through important moments with confidence and clarity.
A Wisconsin native and proud UW-Oshkosh graduate, Cody also spent a year at LSU before beginning his career in sports media. After covering sports in Green Bay, Palm Springs, and Honolulu, Cody transitioned to Milwaukee when his better half (Alexis), took a meteorologist position at CBS 58.
His time in TV news taught him how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and treat every person’s story with care — qualities he brings into every real estate relationship.
Cody has been fortunate to learn from and be mentored by two of the best in the business: his brother, Colton, and the one and only Alex Anderson. With their guidance, Cody is focused on helping buyers and sellers feel informed, comfortable, and supported from the first conversation to the closing table.
Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers preparing for their next chapter, or clients simply trying to better understand the market, Cody brings energy, honesty, and a people-first approach to the process. His goal is to make real estate feel less overwhelming and more personal, while making sure every client feels like they have someone truly in their corner.
Outside of real estate Cody enjoys being a dog dad (Woody & Zyn), eating good food, and taking-in all that summer offers in the best city in the country.
