$325,000

Much of the work has been completed to build on this beautiful 13 acre parcel in Vermont township (by Black Earth & outside Mt Horeb by a few minutes)! Approved building site and approved driveway with town & Dane county. Building sites are rare in Vermont. Drive over & visit the amazing countryside, privacy, serenity and wildlife. The front half of the parcel is not in a flood plain. The remainder of the land backs up to the Vermont Creek. Adding a outbuilding on the lot, separate from the home, would require Vermont township review. Property certified survey is part of a larger survey project that is expected to be finalized end of Sept. Pls see docs for prelim survey.
