I just moved to Milwaukee for a new job. Alex was great to work with. He took the extra time to show me the different neighborhoods and explain the benefits and drawbacks of each of them. He also showed me fun new restaurants and even took me to the NewWaukee Night Market. When I found my dream condo, it already had another offer on it, but we decided to put in a secondary offer anyways and, I like to think that due to Alex's behind-the-scenes awesomeness, it moved to primary only a few days later! Alex has also been awesome with recommending a loan agent, and various contractors for doing some minor renovations. He also personally came over and helped me remove some miscellaneous items left behind by the previous owner!
